If you are reading this text, then we are happy that you are interested in recording a reaction video for us.
However, in order for us to refund your purchase amount, certain requirements regarding the video must be met:

The face of the person receiving the gift must be visible. This is the only way to truly capture their reaction to the product.

The video must be at least 20 seconds long and should capture the moment of unpacking and the subsequent reaction. The recording must not stop immediately after opening.

The focus of the video should be on the person being filmed and their reaction, so try to maintain the perspective while recording. The face must be clearly visible.
- All persons featured must agree that we may use the video for our social media channels on TikTok and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
After you have sent us the finished video to reaktion@tierdruck.de, we will check the result within 72 hours. If the above requirements are met, we will refund your money. All you need to do is add your order number or alternatively the name under which the order was placed to the email, in addition to the video. We will take care of the rest.
