All our products are handmade. Due to the substantial effort required, influenced by factors such as staff availability, the specific day of the week, and varying order volumes, an exact delivery time cannot be predicted.

You will receive emails for the following steps of the process:

• Order confirmation (after reception of the order)
• Modification requests (2-5 days after reception of the order)*
• Shipping confirmation including tracking number (~5-8 days after reception of the order)

*If you have modification requests, the delivery time is delayed due to the revision (1-3 days)

Within Germany, the delivery time is 1-3 working days.

In the EU, as well as in Switzerland, the delivery time is approximately 5 working days.

The shipping method we use, "Warenpost", offers reduced tracking. This means that tracking provides fewer updates. Usually, the following updates are provided:

• The shipment has been electronically announced. Once the shipment has been processed by us, you will receive further information.
• The shipment is being prepared for further transport.
• The shipment has been loaded onto the delivery vehicle. Delivery is expected today.
• The shipment has been successfully delivered.

Especially between the first and second steps, several working days can pass since the transfer to the sorting at DHL is not visible in the shipment tracking. In this case, we ask for your patience.
