Can I use an image with multiple animals?
Absolutely! Feel free to use an image with as many animals as you'd like, or you can opt for a separate image for each pet.
Are accessories like hats allowed?
Certainly, as long as they are clearly visible, our designer can incorporate accessories into the drawing.
Where will my pet be placed on the product?
You can provide us with your preferences or special instructions regarding the placement of your pet. After uploading your image, a box will appear where you can note your preferences. Additionally, you can request changes in the email sent after the drawing is completed. Learn more under "How will my pet look on the case?".
How good should the image quality be?
The higher the quality, the more precise our designer can portray your pet. Modern smartphone cameras are generally sufficient. If you are unsure about your image's suitability, don't hesitate to ask us here.
How will my pet look on the product?
Once we receive your order, a dedicated designer will work on your image. Within 2 working days, you'll receive an email from the respective designer (check your spam folder if needed). The email will include an image of your completed product. You'll have 24 hours to suggest changes that our designer will then incorporate.
*Our engraved products are excluded from change requests.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on the item. You can find specific delivery times in the respective product description. On average, shipping takes 3-9 working days. You'll also receive a tracking number after shipping, allowing you to monitor your package's status at any time.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary by item. Standard shipping is €4.99.
Delivery in the EU or outside the EU?
We provide worldwide delivery. Please note that delivery times outside the EU may be longer.
Packaging and shipping?
Your order will be delivered securely packaged and in an environmentally friendly manner.
What to do with defective goods?
If you receive damaged goods, report it immediately to our customer service. Attach digital photos clearly showing the defects to expedite the processing of your complaint. We'll get back to you promptly to find the best solution!

Almost all our items are produced in Europe and come with a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Each item undergoes quality checks before shipping.
